"Grudge not one against another, brethren, lest ye be condemned: behold, the judge standeth before the door."

. . . But not in my Backyard

Judge Brunner to decide on similar case

    Wednesday, 14 March 2007

Ironically, almost five years to the day, Judge Frank Brunner will be making a similar decision as with the Wal-Mart rezoning in regards to the situation between the residents of Dialsdale Drive and the Carmike Cinema Theater property immediately adjoining their residences. You can read about the similar rezoning with the March 19, 2002 Cullman Times article Wal-Mart rezoning overturned.

Pray for Judge Brunner to make the best decision for both parties involved and that we may put this problem to rest and get on with our lives. Also, please pray that the city of Cullman learns from their mistakes and does not allow for their repeated process of stepping on their citizens for 'progress'. There is a right way and then there is the wrong way to handle this.
